Mrs. Globe Visits Lebanese Red Cross Tripoli Branch
Mrs. Globe 2016, Sylvia Yammine, paid a visit to the Lebanese Red Cross branch in Tripoli where she was welcomed by the head of committee Ms. Sonia Kamar. Mrs. Yammine expressed her support to the Lebanese Red Cross for its humanitarian service. For her part, Ms. Kamar explained the services and activities of the Tripoli branch, such as the EMS center and an operation room that coordinates communication and directs the EMS teams, in addition to the dispensaries and mobile clinics. Ms. Kamar then gave a tour to Mrs. Yammine and the accompanying delegation of the Blood Transfusion center and nursing school. Commemorative gifts were then exchanged at the end of the visit.
