Graduation of Nursing Faculty Students in Baabda
Under the patronage and with the attendance of Lebanese Red Cross President Dr. Antoine al-Zoghbi, the LRC Faculty of Nursing Sciences in Baabda graduated 83 nursing students during a ceremony held at the the LRC Nursing Institute in Baabda. The event was attended by several Lebanese Red Cross officials, Dean Dr. Anthony Nasr, and the parents of the graduates. Speeches of congratulations were delivered by LRC Education Department head Mr. George Musallem, Vice President of the nursing graduates association Ms. Rita Dagher, student Ms. Eliane Doulmayeh, and Dr. al-Zoghbi, who reminded the students that there are no boundaries to their duty “except the look of satisfaction from those in need.” He added, “We taught you the profession of nursing in its technologies and proper practice and behavior and instilled in you the spirit of the Lebanese Red Cross and its principles.”
The graduates then took the nurses’ pledge and they were handed their degrees.
