Following up on the activities to implement the emergency medical services strategy, the information technology commissions held a training activity at al-Jomhour School, where 75 volunteers participated from all emergency medical services centers and operational rooms, in addition to agents from “Wise” Company and “kunhadi” Foundation.

The activity was opened with a minute of silence in memory of the souls of the martyrs, and then Mrs. Rosy Boulos, the head of the emergency medical services center, made a speech and praised on the center’s achievements. Mr. George kittani, the director of the EMS center, explained the department’s strategy for the next five years and the role of information technology. Also, He asked every body to work side by side, through the department instructions, in order to build a center developed technologically.

The program included a presentation from “kunhadi” foundation about the mechanism of keeping car accidents’ information and benefit from it to decrease these accidents. Moreover, “Wise” Company showed the ways of preparing the EMS center with internet. The new program and the ways of using it, the email system and its activation, and the short messages (SMS) and its benefits have been showed too. At the end, the rescuer’s website has been launched.
