The Japanese ambassador, Kochi Kawakami, Visited the headquarters of the Lebanese Red Cross in Spears, accompanied by his First Secretary, Mr. Ryo Kusui, and was received by the Lebanese Red Cross President, Sheikh Sami El Dahdah, the Head of Public Relation and communication department, Mr. Ghaleb El Ayoubi, Director of Public Relation and communication department, Mr. Ayad El Mounzer.

The meeting negotiated matters relating to the global movement of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. Also, the Ambassador Kawakami was informed from Sheikh El Dahdah about humanitarian projects supported by the Japanese government.
