the Romanian Red Cross President, Ms. Mihaela Jeoana, visited the Lebanese Red Cross headquarters - Spears, accompanied by Mr. Silvio Zipa, and was received by the Lebanese Red Cross President Sheikh, Sami El Dahdah, and the Director of Public Relations and communication, Mr. Ayad El Mounzer.

The meeting discussed the possibility of exchanging experiences between the Lebanese and the Romanian Red Cross especially the fund raising and blood donation campaigns, and recruiting volunteers. They, also, negotiated the difficulties and obstacles which prevent doing their mission.
