Under the patronage of the Lebanese Prime Minister, Mr. Saad al Hariri, the Lebanese Red Cross opens Halba blood bank – Akkar On Saturday 16, 1, 2010, at 11:00 am in the Courtyard of Halba Blood Bank Center.

The festival will start with the Lebanese National Anthem, Lebanese Red Cross Anthem, and a moment of silence on the memory of the Lebanese Red Cross martyrs. Speeches will be presented by the head of the branch, Madame Hala Jabr, head of blood bank, Mr. Sami Dahdah, Lebanese Red Cross president, and a representative of Mr. Saad al Hariri. At the end, a memorial portrait will be unveiled.
