A recognition ceremony for Mr. Georges Comninos
On the occasion of his departure from Lebanon, and after the end of his mission as a president of the ICRC delegation, the president of the Lebanese Red Cross Sheikh Sami Al Dahdah honored Mr. Georges Comninos at a ceremony held at the headquarter of the society in Spears attended by the Vice president Mr. Walid Kebbe, members of the Executive Committee, and managers and employees. Sheikh Al Dahdah addressed Mr. Comninos in a speech by which he praised his significant role played to the Lebanese Red Cross during the duration of his presence in Lebanon, where the committee continued its contribution to support and develop some programs and services of the society and this is not only through his position as a president of the delegation but also through his faith in the activities of the society and the sacrifices of the volunteers and their leadership role in the serve of human.

And, in turn, Mr. Comninos thanked Mr. Dahdah and expressed his appreciation for the efforts of staff and volunteers in the society and it was an occasion, by which he introduced the new president of the delegation, Mr. Jorg Andreas Montagne, to the attendants. At the end of the ceremony, Sheikh Al Dahdah granted Mr. Comninos the medal of the society in recognition of his efforts.
