An Explosion in Achrafieh caused dead and injured people

        Following the explosion which occurred in Ibrahim Al-Mounzer Street in Acharfieh afternoon at 2:48 p.m, the Emergency Medical Services team of the Lebanese Red Cross immediately moved until it reached 100 paramedics and 20 ambulances, and after the paramedics made a comprehensive survey of the place, they counted until 6:30 pm 3 dead and 110 wounded who were taken to the hospitals of the region and were distributed as follows: 50 injured and a woman's body in Rizk Hospital, 36 injured and two dead bodies in Hotel Dieu, 19 wounded in El Rum, one wounded in Jaaitawi, Alwardeye and Bahnnes, and two wounded in the Lebanese Canadian Hospital and later one of the wounded were transferred to Saint . 
    In addition to that, the EMS provided first aids to 37 wounded people in the place which case didn’t required transferring to hospitals. 
       Also the blood transfusion centers worked very hard in order to meet the demand for blood units of all categories and had also received blood donors. 
    The EMS team stayed at the place of explosion until the searching and rescuing ended.
