Report of 2012
Responding to the emergency calls received by the Lebanese Red Cross on the free emergency line 140, the EMS Technicians implemented 219259 emergency mission from 1/1/2012 till 31/12/2012, through its centers (43 center) that are spreading all over the Lebanese regions, according to the following :
Transferring patients 84192
Rescue at the centers 121457
Rescue at home 7615
A variety of other tasks 5995
Total tasks: 219259 rescue mission
Noting that the number of car accidents that was rescued by EMS Technicians during 2012 all over the Lebanese regions has reached 11141 accident.
Also, 31 emergency center have been secured in many activities, events, and various festivals.
The Lebanese Red Cross reminds that it received the emergency calls on the free emergency line 140 from any cell or land phone.
